Chez Jules

From the heart of Provence on Julian Faulkner’s family estate, Chez Jules offers the aromatic quintessence of Cinsault, Carignan, and Cabernet a careful balance between character and elegance.

CLIMATE
2012 is an unusual vintage. After a relatively mild autumn, the spring was colder than usual, and disturbed by an episode of hail which slowed the maturation process, while allowing an expressive vintage. It is characterized by a nice maturity, well rounded, refined and warm wines.

FARMING METHODS

The yields are managed at the earliest stages so as to avoid green harvesting.
